The Office Genie ("we", "us", "our") provides outsourced call answering, message handling and lead qualification services to UK SMEs. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this assessment.

• Your first name, company name, work email and phone number, submitted on the assessment intro page.
• Your answers to the assessment questions and the calculated result.
• Marketing attribution data (UTM parameters, referring SDR ID, campaign ID) captured from the URL.
• Basic technical data: device type, browser, IP address (transient) and timestamps.

• Legitimate interests — to prepare your personalised results, contact you about a discovery call, and improve the assessment.
• Consent — for any optional marketing communications and non-essential cookies.
• Legal obligation — where we must retain records (e.g. tax, complaints).

• Our CRM (GoHighLevel) — to store your enquiry and trigger follow-up workflows.
• Email and calendar providers — to deliver your results and schedule any review call you request.
• Analytics tooling — only with your cookie consent.

We never sell your personal data.

Assessment submissions and contact details are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to erase your data sooner at any time.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Request erasure (the "right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the lawful basis
